From neuroplasticity and metacognition to adult learning and communication behavior, I focused on understanding not just what to teach, but how learning truly happens.
And I applied that work to myself.
Building fluency in another language and forming real, meaningful relationships through it showed me that this approach works, not just in theory, but in real life.
That is what shaped the VYE Method.
A way of working that combines structure, real-world practice, and psychology, not just to improve your English, but to help you feel in control of it.
Because that’s what most people are really looking for.

But the ability to speak, think, and respond with clarity and confidence.
Over the years, I have supported hundreds of learners across Latin America, Europe, and Asia, from students to professionals and senior leaders.
The goal has always been the same.
To help people move from hesitation to fluency, not by pushing harder, but by guiding more intelligently.
This work is shaped by real-world experience, evidence-based learning, and a deep understanding of how people think, learn, and build confidence.
It is also grounded in cross-cultural work, including a three-year collaboration with the Chilean Ministry of Education and the United Nations, supporting teachers, students, and families across Chile.

Hi, I’m Seep, your coach at "Verbalize Your English," and for me,
communication has never been just about language.
It’s about how you think, how you express yourself, and how you show up
when it matters.
I’ve spent over two decades working across corporate environments, in
the education and communication industry, helping people communicate
more clearly, confidently, and effectively.
After years in corporate environments and the coaching industry,
I kept seeing the same pattern.
People weren’t held back by what they didn't know.
They were held back by how clearly and confidently they could express their knowledge,
and that understanding became very personal when I moved to Chile.
For the first time, I was in a space where I couldn’t fully understand or express myself.
And let me tell you, it changes you from within.
You don’t just struggle with words... You start to question your confidence, your identity, even your place in the room.
That experience stayed with me, and in 2018, I founded Verbalize Your English (VYE) with a simple but powerful mission:
To help people speak with clarity, lead with confidence, and connect with purpose.
What began as one personalized coaching program has grown into a space where professionals, students, and learners from different backgrounds come to rebuild, refine, and strengthen how they communicate.
Over time, I didn’t just teach, I studied how people actually learn.
I explored how the brain processes language, how confidence is built, how adults retain information, and why some methods work while others don’t.
